SLH Owner-operator Contract Highlights
New Improved TOTAL pay package
Exciting new customer growth
- $1.145 per loaded mile, $1.085 per empty mile
- Eligible for $0.02 per mile safety and performance bonus, paid quarterly
- Fuel Supplement rate is paid on ALL dispatched miles (empty and loaded) and is adjusted each week
- $0.05/mile Premiums for cross-border runs less than 500 miles
- $0.05/mile Premiums for runs to eastern seaboard states
- No start-up costs
- No paint code requirement
We Take Good Care of our Drivers
- SLH Provides:
- U.S. customs sticker
- Heavy vehicle tax
- UCR
- Permits, tolls, bridge/border crossings, faxes, scales, etc.
- H.U.T. sticker (N.Y. State)
- I.F.T.A. reporting on behalf of the owner-operator group
- TCH-Irving-Husky fuel cards
- SLH uses Qualcomm satellite equipment - no charge installation or usage
- SLH pays stop-offs at $30.00 per extra stop
- $125.00 layover after 24 hours have been reached
- $25.00 per hour delay pay after the first two hours
- Owner-operators are paid every two weeks by direct deposit
- $2500.00 hold-back
- $150 paid owner-operator orientation
